This website is a research portal to the Blackstone River Watershed - its history of advocacy, progress, and its many leadership organizations. My grandfather was David M Rosser (1899-1975).  I continue to research and hope for other researchers to build upon what we have compiled.

About Our Research - The David M Rosser family

In 2022, we just celebrated the 50th anniversary of Operation ZAP. September 9th, 1972 was known as ZAP Day and Congressman St Germain heralded it in the Congressional Record on 9/14/1972 as an example for the nation.  The documentary film, "Operation ZAP" (1974) is an educational resource. There's more to the story.
